We’ve been here at Plot No. 1/B in the G.I.D.C area for quite a while now. Running Ashar Lockeys Pvt. Ltd. keeps us pretty busy every day. It’s mostly about getting the work done right and making sure the products are solid before they head out the door. The team here is small, just a bunch of us who know how the machinery works and what needs to happen to keep things moving. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing, it's more about the workshop floor and getting our hands dirty. Some days are louder than others depending on what’s being made. People around the industrial estate know where to find us if they need something specific. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with locks and security hardware, mostly. Nothing too flashy, just stuff that works like it’s supposed to. If you walk by the plot, you'll probably hear the machines running. We try to keep things organized, but a busy shop always has its own kind of clutter. It’s just how we work here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’re still in the same spot, doing the same daily routine. No big speeches or anything, just us showing up and putting in the hours. It’s a local business, through and through. We don't have a lot of rules, just get the work done and go home.
