Apce Housing Infratech Private Limited is based out of Gandhidham. We are over at Sai Residency 3, specifically House Number 6 on Plot 370 in Ward-3B. Adipur is a bit of a unique place with how it is laid out, and we have been working from this spot for a while now. The weather in Kachchh is usually dry and hot, so we spend a lot of time inside the office making sure the housing plans are in order. It is a simple setup we have here. There are a few of us who handle the phone calls and the paperwork for the infrastructure projects. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate. Most of the time, the office is just filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and someone typing away or talking to a contractor on the mobile. We have a lot of local people coming in and out, asking about the progress or looking for updates. It is a friendly enough atmosphere, though we can get pretty busy when a new phase of work starts. We handle everything from the initial land papers to the final construction details. There is always a lot of dust because of the area, so we are constantly cleaning the desks. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are used to the pace of life here in Gandhidham.
