We are based in Bhuj, right on Panjrapol Street near Maherali Chowk. It’s a busy spot but easy to find once you're in the area. We've been doing this for a while now, and most people around Sumrasar have seen our sign or used our vehicles. If you need a car or a small bus for a trip, you just come by the office and we can talk. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning, just a small place where we handle all the bookings. My brother and I manage things daily. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and it gets a bit chaotic, but we try to answer everyone eventually. We know the roads around Kachchh pretty well because we drive them ourselves. Usually, it's local families going to weddings or folks wanting to see the Rann. We just try to get people where they need to go without a lot of extra fuss. It gets really hot here in the afternoons, so we usually take a break, but we're back in the evening. Living in Bhuj means we see some tourists, but mostly we work with people from the neighborhood. We have a few vehicles that we try to keep in good shape. We don't do much advertising at all. Word of mouth usually works better for us. People know where the Panjrapol Street office is. We keep the paperwork very simple. No big promises, just getting the job done.
