Since this whole area was planned out years ago, we have a lot of history tucked away in our filing cabinets. People come in all the time to ask about plots or to fix some issue with their land titles. The pace here is steady but not fast. We know most of the families in Adipur since we have been around for so many generations. We keep the windows open to let the air in, though it still gets quite hot during the summer months. Sometimes the paperwork takes a while because our systems are old-fashioned, but we always get there in the end. It is not a corporate environment, just a local place where we help the town stay organized and handle the local land records.
