Devanshi Construction

Devanshi Construction is located in Adipur-Kachchh, specifically at Shop No. 3 in the Shivani Complex on Plot No. (A). This part of Ward D/C-5 is usually quite active with people running errands. Our shop is where we keep all our plans and where we meet up before heading out to different building sites. It is a simple room with some desks, a few chairs, and rolls of drawings leaning against the walls. We aren't the type to spend all day sitting inside, though. Usually, there is only one person here to answer the phone while the rest of us are out looking at foundations or checking on how the walls are going up. Construction in this area means dealing with a lot of dust and the hot Kachchh sun. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from our little spot in the Shivani Complex. When people come by, they usually want to talk about fixing a roof or adding a room to their house. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some giant corporation. We are just local builders who know how to mix concrete and lay stone. The shop is a bit cluttered with samples of tiles and bits of hardware, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical place for people who want to get something built without a lot of fuss.
