Our factory is located in Phase II of IDA Cherlapally, specifically at Plot No. 205/2. We’re right opposite the I.G. Mint, which is usually the easiest way to explain where we are to people who aren’t from around here. Being in the Cherlapally industrial area means there is always a lot of activity, trucks moving in and out, and the sound of machines running. We work with plastics, so there’s always that specific smell in the air and plenty of raw materials stacked up in the yard. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the pace of it. The facility isn't exactly a showroom; it’s a working plant where things get made. We spend most of our shifts on the floor making sure the molds are right and the machines are behaving. Our team is a mix of old hands who’ve been here since the start and some newer faces learning the ropes. We don’t go in for big speeches about what we do. We just make the plastic parts and get them shipped out to whoever needs them. It’s dusty, noisy, and busy, but that’s how an industrial shop should be. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything leaving the gate is up to the standard we expect. It’s a lot of manual work but it keeps us busy.
