Vertex Micro Power Equipments Pvt.Ltd. We’re over at 'Vertex House' in Borabanda. It’s 121/A in Gaythri Nagar, right up in Jagapathy Hills. Getting up the hill can be a bit of a climb if you're walking, but the view is alright I guess. We deal with power equipment, which is mostly just heavy boxes and wiring. The building is ours, so we don't have to worry about a landlord, which is nice. Inside, it's mostly work benches and storage shelves. We spend a lot of time testing things. It’s not the quietest office because there’s always some machine running or someone moving equipment around. We have a few guys who have been here since the start. Borabanda is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there’s always something going on outside the gates. We keep a fridge stocked with cold water because it gets really warm in the afternoons. Sometimes customers come by to pick up their stuff instead of waiting for delivery. We just point them to the loading area. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing much. We just talk over coffee in the morning about what needs to get out the door. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. Jagapathy Hills feels like home after all these years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The traffic down the hill is usually a mess by five.
