You can find us on the 9th floor of the West Wing in the Dhflvc Silicon Towers. We are located in Kondapur, which is a really fast-growing part of the city with lots of tall buildings and tech offices. Pennar Engineered Building Systems is what we do, and it involves a lot of planning for steel buildings and big structures. Being up on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy looking at designs to notice. It’s a professional environment but we keep things pretty grounded. The engineers here are always debating over the best way to frame a building or how to make a roof more stable. We have a lot of computers running specialized software to help with the calculations. It’s not a noisy place like a workshop, but there is a lot of mental energy going into every project. We handle everything from the initial drawings to the final details of how the pieces will fit together on the site. Kondapur is always busy with traffic, so we tend to get in early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a good team of people who actually understand the technical side of construction. We don’t go for big speeches or corporate slogans, we just focus on making sure the engineering is sound and the buildings will stand up to whatever comes their way. It’s just what we do day in and day out at Silicon Towers.
