Cuckoos Nest

Cuckoos Nest is situated over in Radha Nagar, which is part of the Bandlaguda Jagir-Kismatpura area in Hyderabad. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, so the air feels a little cleaner here. We have a modest building where we spend our time with the younger children. It’s mostly about keeping them busy and learning basic things like colors and shapes. The yard has a few swings and a slide that are popular during the outdoor play hour. We often have to shoo away some of the local stray cats that try to sunbathe on the porch. The rooms are filled with toys and books that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't really follow a strict corporate manual or anything like that; we just do what works for the kids. If someone is having a bad day, we let them sit quietly for a bit or give them some extra attention. The neighbors are nice and they don't seem to mind the singing during our music sessions. We have a small kitchen where we keep the snacks and water bottles organized. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes when multiple kids are talking at once, but we manage. Most of the parents live nearby, so we see them walking their kids over every morning. It feels like a small community here rather than just a school. We just keep things simple and practical for everyone. The staff stays quite busy until the afternoon.
