Blend Colours Pvt. Ltd.

We run Blend Colours Pvt. Ltd. over at 35/A in Ida Kattedan. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of trucks and manufacturing going on around us. Our work involves mixing and dealing with different coloring agents for industries. It’s a messy job, to be honest. There’s always some pigment or powder on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. We have a few big vats and mixing machines that take up most of the space. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our days measuring out batches and checking the shades against the master samples. It takes a lot of patience to get the colors just right. We aren’t a huge corporation with a shiny office; we’re just a local private limited company trying to do good work. Most of our customers are other factories nearby. We’ve been here at Ida Kattedan for several years. We know the guys at the other units around us. Sometimes we have a coffee together during the lunch break. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s practical, industrial work. We have our regulars who know us, and we just keep the machines running and the orders moving. It’s a bit noisy and dirty, but it’s what we do. We usually finish the day by checking the schedule for tomorrow’s deliveries and cleaning up the mixing tools.
