Arms School

If you go down the lane right beside Sahadeva Reddy Sweet House in Dilsukhnagar, you will find Arms School at House No 16-11-477/6/1/A/7. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but it’s actually a nice quiet corner away from the main rush of Dilsukhnagar. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s not a huge place, but it has enough rooms for the different grades we teach. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we all walk or take a short ride to get to work. We spend a lot of our time just managing the daily chaos of a school. There is always a desk that needs fixing or a parent who wants to talk about their child's progress. We don't use any fancy management software, just notebooks and some basic computers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though it gets tense around finals. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number and the name. People usually find us because their cousins or neighbors came here. The lane is narrow, so we have to be careful when the school day ends and all the kids are leaving at once. It’s a bit of a squeeze but we make it work. It is just a local neighborhood school. We focus on the basics of reading, writing, and math. Sometimes we even get some snacks from the sweet house next door.
