Arora Traders

Arora Traders is out here in Khariar Road, which is about 20km from Barbara in the Nuapada district. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, but it's where we've set up shop. We deal with various trading goods that people in this area need. The building isn't anything to write home about, just a sturdy place to keep our stock and talk to customers. Being in a place like this means you get to know the local farmers and other traders pretty well. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure everything is accounted for. It gets quite dusty around here sometimes, especially when the big trucks pass through on the main road. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how things work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get things moved on time, but we do what we can. We’ve seen the town change a bit over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s a lot of lifting and moving crates most days. We don't use any fancy systems, just our ledgers and some common sense. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. People around here know they can find us if they need something specific for their own businesses.
