We are located at F-169 in the New North Colony in Ambujanagar. This is out in the Tal-Kodinar area of Junagadha. Yokogawa Dcs Forthermal basically runs things from this colony office. It is a very specific kind of place to work because we are so close to the industrial operations here. The office is small and tucked away in the residential part of the colony. We mostly deal with the technical side of thermal power systems. It is a lot of checking data and making sure the control systems are running like they should be. Living and working in Ambujanagar is different from being in a big city. Everything revolves around the plant nearby. Our office has that lived-in feel, with technical manuals stacked on every shelf and a few half-empty tea cups on the desks. The weather gets pretty hot out here in Gujarat, so we keep the fans going all day. We are not a big team, just a few people who know the systems inside out. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or coordinating with the staff at the main plant. It is a quiet life in the colony, but the work we do is pretty steady. We have been at this F-169 address for quite some time now, so we are a regular part of the neighborhood. It is just a practical setup for the type of technical support we provide to the facility.
