Viswkarma Engineering

Our workshop is tucked away on Saragvada Road, specifically Street Number 3. If you find Dasaram Revainding, you’re basically there. At Viswkarma Engineering, we deal with a lot of metal, grease, and heavy tools. It’s the kind of place where your hands are never really clean. We spend the day fixing things or making parts that people need for their machines. It gets pretty loud with the grinding and welding going on. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, even though we try to sweep up at the end of the day. We aren't a big corporation with suits and ties. We wear work clothes that have seen better days. The heat from the machines makes the small space get warm fast, so we keep the doors wide open. People stop by with broken parts, asking if we can do something with them. Sometimes we can, sometimes it takes a bit more time than they’d like. Saragvada Road has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything like that. People find us because they know we do the work. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours standing on the concrete floor. But there is a certain satisfaction when a machine starts running again because of something we did right here.
