Smit Dental

Finding us in Junagadh is not too hard if you know the Harikrishna Complex in Timbavali. Smit Dental is right there. The building is one of those typical concrete structures you see everywhere in this town. Inside, the walls are painted a light blue that we thought looked okay a few years back. The dental chair is the main thing, obviously. It is tucked in the back room where we do the work. We get a lot of people from the nearby areas coming in because they have a tooth that will not stop hurting. I spend most of my morning checking the equipment and making sure everything is where it should be. The waiting room is small. We have some old magazines on a table, but most people just look at their phones now while they wait for their turn. There is a constant sound of traffic from the road outside. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It is just how it is here. I like the light in the afternoons when it hits the front window. We try to keep the place clean, but dust finds its way in no matter what you do. It is a straightforward dental practice. No big signs or flashing lights. Just a door with our name on it. People come, get their teeth looked at, and head back out into the Junagadh heat to get on with their day.
