We are based at Plot No 35 in Snehal Park-1, over in Junagadh. It’s a residential-feeling area near Sardar Baugh, and our office is tucked in there with the local houses. We handle the infrastructure work for this region from this spot. It’s a pretty down-to-earth setup. Most of our day involves talking to site managers and checking that the materials have arrived. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a lot of corporate signage. It’s just a practical workspace where we can sit down and look at the project details. The pace can be a bit slower here than in the big cities, but there is still plenty to do. We deal with local contractors and try to keep everything moving on schedule. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn’t cooperate or a machine breaks down. We’ve got a small, dedicated team here that knows the Junagadh area inside and out. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing speak. We just say what needs to be said to get the job done. Sometimes we have meetings outside when the weather is nice, or we’re just running around between the office and the job sites. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We focus on the practical side of building things and making sure we’re ready for whatever the next day brings. It’s just honest, local work that keeps us busy from morning till night, year after year.
