Patidar Products

We are over in the GIDC area of Sabalpur, specifically at plot 1402. It’s a big industrial zone in Junagadh, so there are always heavy trucks moving around the roads outside. We make various products here, mostly practical things that people need for their daily work. The air around the shed usually has that specific smell of metal and a bit of grease. It’s definitely not a fancy office environment. We have one small desk near the front door for the paperwork, but most of the time we are in the back by the machines. Junagadh is a good place to be, even if it gets really hot in the middle of the day. We’ve been in this particular building for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we stay too busy to worry about how things look. My brother and I handle the day-to-day operations ourselves. We don't have an HR department or anything like that. If a machine breaks down or there's a problem, we just grab the tools and fix it. Most of the people who work here live in the nearby colonies. We usually share some tea and snacks in the evening when the main shift is almost finished. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do to get by. It is a straightforward business, and we just keep our heads down and work.
