Mahasagar Travels Agency is located in Shop No-14 at the Somnath Shopping Complex on S T Road. This is right in the heart of Veraval and very close to the main bus station. Because Somnath is a famous place, we get a lot of pilgrims and tourists stopping by our shop. They are usually looking for tickets to get back home or to visit the next temple on their list. The shopping complex is a busy place with a lot of different vendors. Our shop is simple and focused on the job of booking travel. We have maps and schedules tacked to the walls so people can see where they are going. The noise from S T Road is always there in the background, with buses and rickshaws honking all the time. We spend our days answering questions about how long the journey takes and what the best time to leave is. It gets very crowded during the festival seasons, and then we are working non-stop from morning until late at night. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit inside, so they often stand out in the hallway of the complex. We just try to get the bookings done as fast as we can so people aren't waiting too long.
