Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Down here in Junagadh, we stay pretty busy at 43 Jalaram Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area of Gujarat, but inside the office, there is always something going on. We are the local face of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. It’s not a huge setup with hundreds of people, but we have enough hands to get the job done right. The office is simple. We have the usual desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork. That’s just how it is. We don’t try to act like we’re in some big corporate movie. We’re just regular people. Usually, you’ll find us drinking some chai while going over the day's plans. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s a good spot to be in. We handle the local logistics and make sure everything is on track for the projects in this region. There isn’t any secret to what we do. It’s just showing up on time and staying until the work is finished. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just the crew at Jalaram Nagar. If things are moving smoothly, then we’re happy. That's the way we like to work. We just keep our heads down and finish the lists.
