Our small office is in Bagadu, which is a village in the Junagadh district of Gujarat. We are right near the bus station, which makes it easy for people to find us when they come into town. Being in a place like this is different from the big cities. Everyone knows each other and news travels fast. We’ve been working as developers here for quite some time, focusing on things that the local people actually need. Most of our days are spent out in the sun or under a tree talking to folks about where they want to build. We don’t have fancy computers or a polished office with air conditioning. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and our registers. We deal with the land and the local rules which can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’re used to it. The bus station nearby is always noisy with buses coming and going, and that’s the rhythm of our workday. We see the same faces every morning and stop for tea at the local stall. It’s an honest way to make a living, helping put up buildings in our own community. We don't promise anything we can't do, and we don't try to sound like we're more than we are. We're just local people building for other local people in this corner of Junagadh. It’s slow work sometimes, but we take pride in seeing things get finished.
