You will find Kiran & Kajal Travels over at the Cinema Jyoti Complex on Nava Bus Station Road in Kodinar. This is a very active part of the town because the bus station is right nearby. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the people walking by. Our office is just a regular shop in the complex where we manage all the travel bookings. It is not a polished or corporate kind of place. We have some old posters on the walls and a simple counter where we do all the paperwork. Kodinar is a place where people are always on the move, so we stay busy throughout the day. We handle bookings for different types of buses and routes. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is quiet for an hour or two. We spend a lot of time explaining the different arrival times to passengers. The afternoon sun can be quite strong on this road, so we usually pull the shades a bit. It is a basic setup but it works for what we need to do. We don't use any complicated systems, just the standard way of tracking seats and names. People like that they can just walk in and get their travel sorted out quickly. We have been here for a long time and have seen the town change, but our routine at the shop stays pretty much the same.
