Hindalco Industries Limited

This is our setup in Gadu, Maliya Hatina Taluka. We are located right opposite the railway station, specifically at C/O Somanath Farsan House. It is a bit of a unique spot because Somanath Farsan House is a well-known place for snacks here. Hindalco Industries Limited has this little branch to stay close to the transport links. Being near the station means there is always noise and movement, which we have gotten used to. The office is very simple, almost like a small shop itself. We don't have much in the way of furniture—just the essentials like a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of moving materials through the railway. It is a very hands-on job. We have to be ready whenever the trains come in or when a shipment needs to be cleared. The weather here in Gujarat can be quite harsh, but the station area is always full of life. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big corporate sign. People mostly know us by word of mouth or by just seeing us here every day. It is a humble way to work, focusing on the actual movement of goods rather than on looking important. We just handle the paperwork, talk to the loaders, and make sure the metal gets where it needs to go. It’s a basic, honest way to earn a living. We stay busy and that is what matters.
