Our setup for Essar Steel Ltd. Surat is actually over in Visavadar. We are located at Shivam, which is part of the Aanand Park Society. If you know the area, we are right across from the Gathani Hospital on Junagadh Road. That hospital is the best landmark to use if you are trying to find us for the first time. The pin code here is 362130, and we are in the Junagadh district. Working in this part of Gujarat is a bit different than being in the middle of a big industrial park. It’s a lot quieter, though the traffic on Junagadh Road can get pretty loud during the day with all the trucks and cars passing by. We have a small office where we keep track of the daily operations. It’s not a fancy place with glass windows or anything like that. We just have our tables, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. It’s a lot of routine work, like checking off lists and making phone calls to the main office. We don’t do any big promotions or try to sound like a giant corporation. We are just a local team doing the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the printers jam or the tea runs out, and we just handle those little things as they happen. It is just everyday life for us here.
