Doctor Navin Patel

Doctor Navin Patel has been working here in Junagadh for a long time. The office is located in the 362001 zip code area, which is pretty central. It is not a fancy medical suite or anything like that. It is just a regular office with a wooden desk and some bookshelves filled with old medical texts. I have been using the same fountain pen for years to write out my notes. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit mismatched because we added them one by one as we needed more. Most of my patients are people I have known for decades. We often spend the first few minutes of a visit just catching up on family news. The room can get a bit stuffy in the summer, so we keep the windows open, even if the street noise comes in. I do not have a large staff, just one person who helps me keep the appointments in order. We do not use a computer for our records; paper files work just fine for us. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we know our way around. It is a very personal way to practice medicine. People know they can just come here and find me. It is not a big corporate business. It is just a doctor’s office where we take our time and do things the old-fashioned way.
