Devangi Travels

Our little office for Devangi Travels is situated right near the main bus station in Bhesan, Junagadh. It is a very busy spot because of all the people coming and going from the buses all day long. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now. The office isn't anything fancy or modern, just a simple place where we keep our registers and take bookings. Most of the day is spent talking to commuters who need to get to the next town or into the city. You can always hear the sound of engines and the conductors calling out from across the street. We usually have the door open to let some air in, even if it gets a bit dusty from the road. People come in to check the timings or to see if there is a spare seat on the evening coach. Sometimes the buses are late because of the traffic or the weather, and we just tell people to wait on the bench outside. It is a very regular way of doing things. We know most of the people who travel with us because Bhesan is a small community. We just focus on getting the tickets written down correctly and making sure everyone knows which platform to stand on. It is a straightforward job and we have been doing it this way for years without much change. That is just how life goes here at the agency near the station.
