You can find us at Shop No-1, right in Maruti Society. We’re on that street people call Sabras Vali Gali here in Visavadar. It’s a small town in Junagadh, so everyone knows everyone and news travels fast. Belief Exim India is basically run by a few of us who grew up around here. We handle export and import stuff, which can be a bit complicated with all the rules and taxes, but we’ve learned how to manage it over time. The shop is tucked away in a quiet spot, but it gets lively when a new shipment is being prepared for transport. We do a lot of walking back and forth to the different transport hubs in town. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially during the dry months in Gujarat when the wind picks up. We don't use a lot of big machines; it’s mostly just hands-on stuff and a lot of phone calls to agents and buyers. Living and working in Visavadar means things move a bit slower than in the big cities like Ahmedabad, and we like it that way. We spend our mornings checking the latest prices and our afternoons making sure the packaging is sturdy enough for long-distance travel. Our neighbors in Maruti Society are good people who look out for one another. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside the shop and talk until the fans start spinning again. It’s a simple way of doing business.
