People know us around Junagadh because we've been at Narsinh Mehta Dham for a while now. If you go past Sudarshan Lake or head towards Bhavnath Taleti, you’ll find us easily. It’s a busy spot, especially during the seasons when everyone is out and about. We started Ashish Caterers & Event Organisers because there was always a need for someone to handle the food and the planning for local gatherings. Honestly, it’s a lot of work. We spend most of our mornings checking on supplies and making sure the kitchen is ready. When there is a big event, it gets pretty hectic here. We aren't a big fancy office with people in suits. We are just local people who know how to cook and how to set up a hall. Some days the weather is too hot and things get delayed, but we just keep going. It’s just us and a small team. We handle weddings, small parties, and whatever else the neighbors need. We don’t do big fancy advertisements. Most people just walk in or call us because they saw us working at another house nearby. Living and working near the lake is nice, though it gets crowded during festivals. We just try to get the job done so the families can enjoy their day without worrying about the salt in the dal or if the chairs arrived. That’s pretty much how it goes for us every day in Junagadh.
