Shri Raghunandan Dal Industries

We are over at Plot No. 26 in the Madhobari area, specifically in Nai Basti. This is where we run our dal industries. It is a real industrial setting, so you can expect a lot of noise from the machines and plenty of dust from the processing. We have been here for a good number of years. The day usually starts early when the first trucks arrive with raw pulses. We spend our time overseeing the milling and making sure everything is bagged up correctly. It is not a clean or quiet job, but it is what we know how to do. The office part of the building is just a small room with some old chairs and a desk where we handle the billing. We do not have any marketing people or fancy brochures. People know us because we have been in Nai Basti for such a long time. The work is physically demanding and we are often covered in dust by the end of the shift. We take our tea breaks together under the shade when it gets too hot. We do not use any big corporate phrases or mission statements. We are just a local industry processing dal for the market. It is a straightforward operation where we just focus on the daily output. We are just regular people working hard in a busy part of Madhobari.
