If you travel out to Jorhat in Assam, you will find us at Monaimaji, along Malow Ali in the Dhekorgorah area. R. C. Rajkonwar isn't a big company with hundreds of employees; it’s more of a local effort. The surroundings here are much quieter than what you’d find in the big cities. We have a simple building where we do our work, surrounded by the typical scenery of the district. The weather can be quite damp, especially during the monsoon months, which sometimes slows things down on the roads. We spend our days dealing with local matters and making sure things are running as they should. Malow Ali is a road we know very well, having traveled it every day for years. Our setup is basic, with just enough space for our tools and a few desks for the paperwork. We don't have a website with fancy graphics or a mission statement. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families. Life in Jorhat moves at its own pace, and we’ve aligned our work to that. People around here know us by name, and if they need to reach us, they usually just drop by or send a message through someone they know. It is a very humble way of working, but it has worked for us so far without any complaints.
