Running a place like the Ne Institute Of Science Technology out on National Highway No. 37 means we see a lot of traffic passing by. It’s a bit of a drive for some, but being on the highway makes us easy to spot once you get close. We’ve got classrooms and some lab equipment that we’ve put together over the years. It’s not a massive campus with stadiums or anything like that. It’s just a practical building where people come to learn. Students walk in and out all day, some looking more tired than others. We spend our time organizing schedules and making sure the equipment is working for the next class. It can get a bit loud with the trucks rumbling past outside, but you get used to the vibration after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest school around. We just want to make sure the folks who come here actually get some decent knowledge they can use later. The tea stall down the road is where most of us end up during breaks. There’s always something to fix, whether it’s a leaky pipe or a projector that won't sync up. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the lights on and the books open. It’s a straightforward way to run an institute. We don't have any fancy bells or whistles, just desks and teachers and people trying to get ahead. The National Highway 37 is always humming in the background, a constant reminder of the world moving past.
