We focus on developing spaces where people can actually live without it costing them an absolute fortune. The office is often a bit of a mess with blueprints scattered around and empty tea cups sitting on the desks. We aren't the kind of developers who sit in high-rise buildings all day. We’re usually out at the sites in Borpatra Ali making sure the walls are going up the way they should. It’s a lot of coordination with electricians, plumbers, and carpenters. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than actually building, but that’s how you keep a project on track. We try to keep things simple for the buyers. We know the local regulations and the way things work around here better than most. It isn't always perfect, and we’ve had our fair share of delays and mistakes over the years. But we learn from them and keep moving forward. We care about this area because it’s where we operate and where our families are located. We want to see better housing options for everyone in the neighborhood. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build houses that stay standing for a long time.
