Raithunestham Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Ramapuram Village. If you are looking for us, we are at H No.1-84. This is right in the Waddepally Mandal area of Jogulamba Gadwal. It is a very rural spot, which makes sense since we are all about farming. There are a lot of us who grew up around here and decided to put this company together so we could work more easily. The office is just a simple building in the village where we gather to talk about seeds, water, and whatever else is going on in the fields. It gets pretty hot out here, but we are used to it. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of marketing people. Usually, someone is just sitting at the desk handling the paperwork while the rest are out working. We try to help each other out when the markets are tough. Ramapuram is a small place, so everyone knows where H No.1-84 is. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Some days are long, especially when we have to travel around the Mandal. We started this because we needed a way to organize ourselves better. It’s just us farmers trying to figure things out as we go. We don't use big words or have a grand plan, we just handle the farming business as it comes. Often, we share our tools and our knowledge over a cup of tea in the evening before heading home.
