Satguru Mobiles & E Mitra Center

Satguru Mobiles & E Mitra Center is a small shop located at Magji Ki Ghati in Mandore, specifically Ward No. 64. We do a bit of everything here. Half the shop is for fixing mobile phones—replacing cracked screens or fixing charging ports. The other half is for the E Mitra services, where we help people with their online forms and government applications. It’s a tiny space and it gets very hot in the afternoons. There is usually a line of people waiting for their paperwork to be finished. We have a lot of cables and phone parts scattered around the repair bench. Villivakkam is a busy area, so there’s always someone walking in with a question or a broken device. My brother and I run the place ourselves. We don't have any fancy furniture, just some basic stools for the customers. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the E Mitra work take much longer than it should. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished look. We just provide these basic services for the people in our neighborhood. It’s a simple life, and we are here from morning until late evening most days. It’s a lot of small tasks, but it keeps us busy and the shop running. We keep a stack of newspapers on the side for people to read while they wait for their turn.
