Raj Land Bank

You can find us on the 4th floor of the Vaibhav Laxmi Tower, right there at No. 110 and 111 on Chopasani Road. Raj Land Bank has been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow, but we like the space we have here. We mostly deal with land and property matters, which involves a lot of reading through documents and talking to people about their plans. Chopasani Road is a busy place, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more quiet so we can focus. We aren't the type of place with leather chairs and expensive art; it’s more about desks piled with maps and files. People usually come to us when they have questions about plots or legal stuff related to land. We try to give them straight answers without using a bunch of confusing words. It’s just us working through the daily grind. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we manage. Being on the 4th floor gives us a decent view of the traffic below. We’ve been part of this community for a while and like being in a spot that people can find easily. It’s just a regular office where we do our thing and handle the local land records as best as we can.
