Vadera International

You can find Vadera International at Heera 14/2C in Mahaveer Nager, right off Pal Link Road. It’s a decent-sized place but it’s always full of boxes, crates, and packing materials. We deal with international stuff, which sounds fancy when you say it, but mostly it’s just a lot of logistics and heavy lifting. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons moving heavy boxes around. The Pal Link Road traffic is something we have to plan our whole day around. If a truck is late because of a traffic jam, everything gets pushed back and we have to work late. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of employees and fancy meetings. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep things moving smoothly. The office floor is usually a bit messy with scraps of tape and old shipping labels. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just want to get the orders out so we can get to the next one on the list. Sometimes we make mistakes, like a typo on a form, and then we have to spend the whole day fixing it with the customs people. It’s just regular work that needs to be done. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and most of the neighbors know us by now. We’re just here every day, doing the best we can with the space and tools we have available.
