Our place is at 79, Udhyog Nagar, which is right near Road No. 10 in Basni Phase II. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get past the main intersection. We do export work mostly. That means a lot of boxes, a lot of paperwork, and plenty of phone calls to people in different time zones. The warehouse gets quite full sometimes. Moving things around just to find a path to the back desk is a daily chore. It’s a bit of a maze of crates. A big marketing team or anything like that isn't something we have. It’s just us here, making sure things get sent out where they’re supposed to go. Basni is a busy industrial hub, so there is always someone loading or unloading something nearby. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. That’s just part of being here. Dealing with all sorts of items for shipping keeps the days from being too boring. My desk is usually covered in shipping forms and coffee rings. Acting like some huge global firm isn't our style. We’re just a local business in Udhyog Nagar trying to keep the wheels turning.
