Surya Exim Ltd

Surya Exim Ltd is located at 80 Jodhpur Ashok Nagar. If you are heading out past the Maha Mandir, look for the 2nd pole outside; that’s where we are. Jodhpur gets incredibly hot, and our building definitely feels it. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just an office where we handle all the import and export paperwork. There are always stacks of documents on the desks and people arguing over shipping dates on the phone. We deal with various goods, so the inventory changes quite a bit. One day it’s one thing, the next it’s something else. The space is a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as we can into the storage area. It’s a very local feel, where everyone knows the neighbors and the guy who delivers the mail. We don’t have a website that looks like a million bucks because we’re too busy actually doing the business part of things. Most of the time, we’re just trying to make sure the containers get to the port on time. It’s a lot of coordination and late-night calls. We drink far too much coffee to stay awake during the busy seasons. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and the lights stay on. We’re just a small team trying to stay on top of everything without any fuss.
