Our workshop is situated at F-32 in the Basni-1 industrial area. Being in the MIA means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and factories, so there’s always the sound of machines and trucks moving around. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, which suits us just fine. We don’t have a fancy front office with a receptionist; usually, you’ll just find one of us near the back or handling paperwork at a cluttered desk. The space is mostly dedicated to the actual work we do. It’s big enough to hold our equipment and some supplies, but it gets crowded pretty quickly when a new shipment arrives. We’ve been at this Basni location for a good bit now. The dust and the heat can be a lot during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get through it. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get messy. We don’t really worry about making the place look perfect for visitors since we’re usually too busy with the orders. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the hours, and make sure things are shipped out on time. That’s how it goes every day at the factory. It’s just regular work for regular people. There is always some grease on the floor and noise in the air, but it's our place.
