Suncity Stones Creations

We’ve been over here on 1St B Road for a while now. Most people in Sardarpura know the spot. Suncity Stones Creations is just what it says on the sign. We handle a lot of stone work. It gets dusty in the workshop, especially when the machines are running all morning, but that’s just part of the job. My father started things off and now a few of us keep it going. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s mostly just the work area and a small desk where we keep the bills and papers. Sometimes the traffic on 1St B Road makes it hard for the trucks to back in, but we manage. We spend our days cutting, polishing, and making sure the pieces look right before they head out. It isn't anything glamorous. Just hard work with heavy materials. Sometimes the edges aren't perfect on the first try so we have to go back and fix them up. When it rains, the yard gets a bit muddy, but the stone stays fine. People come by asking about different types of granite or marble. We show them what we have sitting in the yard. It's a loud place usually. The neighbors are used to the noise by now. We try to finish things on time so the piles of stone don't get too high. If you walk down the street, you can't miss the slabs leaning against the wall. That's us. Just working away in Sardarpura.
