Smith Wood Inc.

Smith Wood Inc. is over in Amar Nagar, right off Pal Link Road. It is an area where you see a lot of movement throughout the day. We have a workshop and a small office space there. The smell of sawdust is something you notice as soon as you walk in. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Pal Link Road is usually busy, so there is always a bit of a hum from the cars passing by our building. We have a few old chairs in the corner for when we take our tea breaks. The floor is usually covered in wood shavings by the end of the day. We try to sweep up every evening, but it always comes back the next morning. Amar Nagar is a good spot for us. We have been here for a while and the location is easy enough for people to find. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the tasks. Sometimes the equipment is loud, but that’s just part of the job. We keep things pretty simple here. No big marketing plans, just steady work on the projects we have in front of us. It’s a practical life here on Pal Link Road, and we are quite content with the way things are going. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders as they come.
