Shree Quality

Shree Quality is based out of Basni 2nd Phase in the MIA area, at E 134. If you know this part of the world, you know it’s an industrial zone through and through. It’s dusty and loud, with trucks constantly loading or unloading nearby. Our setup fits right in with the surrounding workshops. Instead of a fancy office with great air conditioning, we have a combined workspace that stays pretty warm. We mainly focus on the quality side of things, just like the name says. A lot of our time goes into looking at materials and checking everything over carefully. It’s not always a fun job, especially when the metal radiates heat during the summer months, but it’s what we do. Making things look pretty isn't our goal; we just want to make sure the work is right. The crew here is small, and most of us have known each other for years. During tea breaks, we sit together and talk about the day's tasks. There isn't any corporate ladder to climb here, just more work waiting for us tomorrow. Sometimes the machines act up or the power goes out, which means we just have to figure it out and move on. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. Big words and complicated meetings don't happen here. We just look at the steel, do the checks, and keep everything moving. Standing on the concrete floors all day gets tiring, but it's part of the routine. We take pride in finishing a solid day of work.
