Satkar Real Estate Pvt Ltd is based in Sardarpura on 3rd D Road at house number 712. We’ve been using this space for quite some time now. It’s a traditional kind of office where things are mostly done on paper rather than just on computers. The building at 712 is an older one, so it has high ceilings and stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We have some heavy wooden desks and a lot of cabinets for all the property deeds and files we keep. Sardarpura is a busy area, but 3rd D Road is slightly tucked away, which is nice for when we need to focus. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner of the office. There are only a few of us working here at Satkar Real Estate Pvt Ltd, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute we might be talking to a landlord and the next we’re trying to fix a leaky faucet in the back. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use any fancy language or have big meetings about goals. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and try to keep things moving forward with honest information. People in the neighborhood know us by now. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a part of the city we really like and know well.
