Out here in Jodhpur, specifically over at Sonamukhi Nagar near Sangaria Fanta, is where Cultivator Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. is based. Jodhpur is a busy place, but our corner feels a bit different. We deal with stuff coming in and out all day long. The sun is usually bright and the air is dry, which is typical for this part of Rajasthan. We are not a huge conglomerate with shiny glass walls. Our place is more practical than that. We have some warehouse space and a few rooms for the office work. The people who work here are mostly locals from the Sangaria area. We know each other’s families and what is going on in the neighborhood. It is not a place where you will find people in suits. Most of us wear comfortable clothes because the work can get a bit hands-on. We have stacks of items and boxes waiting to be moved. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. We do not really have a big marketing team or anything. We just talk to the people we do business with directly. It is simpler that way. If someone asks where we are, we just tell them to look for the fanta. It is a landmark for us. Work starts early to beat the heat. By the afternoon, things slow down a bit when the sun is at its peak. Then we finish up.
