We’ve been set up here for a while now. This part of town is growing, but we still know most of the people who walk by our door. We do a lot of different things, which is why the name says multipurpose. It’s not a very big office, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but it's okay once you’re inside. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell things people don't need. It’s more about helping neighbors save a bit or get a small loan when things get tight. We handle the papers manually mostly. It takes time but we like to be sure everything is right. If you’re looking for us, just ask for the Vyas family’s plot. Most people around Bhagt Ki Kothi know where it is. We open in the morning and stay until the work is done. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we take care of the people who come in. It’s just how we do things here. No big corporate rules, just common sense and a bit of patience for everyone.
