Universal Impex

We operate out of 106, Jeet Appartment. It’s right near Panch Batti Circle in the Ratanada area. It’s a bit of a mix here, partly residential and partly businesses like ours. Universal Impex is basically just a few of us in a converted apartment space. It’s got a kitchen that we use for lunch and the living room is where all the desks are. It’s quiet mostly, except for when the traffic gets bad outside near the circle. We handle importing and exporting stuff, which means a lot of phone calls and tracking numbers. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. Ratanada is a good neighborhood, and being near Panch Batti Circle makes it easy for people to find us if they’re coming by. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. It’s not a shiny office building with a glass front. It feels more like a home, which is fine by us. We’ve got some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to shipping agents. It’s pretty straightforward. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to do our jobs well and get through the week. It’s a decent way to earn a living for all of us here.
