Our place is out at the Stone Park on Nagaur Road, right along NH 65. We have the units from G4 to G9. Being in a dedicated stone park makes things a lot easier for a business like Raj Rocks Exports Pvt. Ltd. There is plenty of space for the big trucks to move around and for us to store the heavy slabs. It’s a dusty, hot place most of the time, but that is the stone business for you. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning that works all the time. Mostly, we are out in the yard or sitting at a metal desk covered in paperwork. We export quite a bit, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading going on. You can hear the cranes and the cutters all day long. It’s not a place for quiet conversation. We just get on with it. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just show people the rocks we have and figure out the shipping. The road outside is always busy with traffic heading toward Nagaur. We’ve been here since the park opened up. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, but we’re used to it. It’s just how we make our living out here on the highway.
