We spend most of our time over here at Basni Saraswati Nagar 191. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here for a while now. Radua Buildcon Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us trying to get through the day's work. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons sometimes, but we just keep at it. Usually, someone is always in the office if you drop by, though we might be out on a site visit or something. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we keep all the files and drawings. You know how it goes with building stuff, there is always a lot of paperwork and phone calls to manage. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the normal work that comes with running a construction firm in this area. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially around the main road. My desk is right by the window so I see a lot of people passing by. People often ask what we do exactly and it’s hard to sum it up without just saying we build things. We’ve got a small team and we know each other pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we started. Sometimes things take longer than we expect because of materials or weather, but that's just how it is in this business. We like it here in Basni Saraswati Nagar. It feels like home to most of us.
