We set up shop over at 40 Dav Nagar on the Pal-link Road. It’s a busy road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by the front door. We deal with ceramics, which means we have a lot of boxes stacked up high. You have to be careful moving them because if one drops, that’s the end of that. We spend a lot of time showing people the different patterns and colors. It’s funny how people can spend an hour looking at two tiles that look almost the same to me. But I guess that’s how it goes when you’re fixing up a kitchen or a bathroom. The shop is a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of variety on hand. We aren't big on fancy displays. We just put the tiles out where you can see them. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the driveway, and we have to scramble to get things moved. It’s a bit chaotic during the peak hours, but we manage. My staff and I have been doing this for a while, so we know which boxes are heavy and which ones need extra care. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. If a tile is good, it’s good. We just tell people the price and let them decide. It’s a honest way to spend the day. Pal-link Road is a good place for a business like this.
