Prakartik Chikitsha & Yoga Kendra

We are situated on Chopasni Road, right in the Kamla Nehru Nagar area near Lal Puliya. That red bridge is a major landmark, so most people know where to find us once they reach that part of the road. The space we have is dedicated to yoga and natural healing, so we try to keep things as simple as possible. We have mats rolled up in the corner and the floors are kept clean for the morning sessions. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic on Chopasni Road, especially during the rush hours, but you get used to the sound of horns after a while. We start our days very early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get everything ready for the first group. The building is older, so the windows rattle a bit when big trucks go over the Lal Puliya. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or expensive decorations. It’s just a plain room with enough space to move and breathe. People from the neighborhood come by to stretch or talk about natural remedies. We spend a lot of time cleaning the space and making sure the fans are working. It’s a very hands-on job, and we do most of the work ourselves without any extra help. It’s not a high-tech center; it’s just a place where we practice what we know. The local tea stall is just a few steps away, which is nice for a break.
