Pathologist Milatry Hospital

It’s a busy day here at the military hospital in Jodhpur. We spend most of our time looking at samples and checking reports. It’s not a quiet job because people are always coming in from the barracks or the town nearby. The heat in Rajasthan gets to us sometimes, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but the work has to happen. We've been at this address for a long while now, and the building has seen better days, honestly. It’s mostly blood tests and things like that that keep us going. We don't have much time for fancy talk or decorating the office with posters. Most of the staff here just want to get the results right so the doctors can do what they need to do for the patients without waiting too long. Sometimes the machines act up or the lights flicker when the power is unsteady, but we manage to get through it. People know where to find us. We keep things simple and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and logbooks. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. We see a lot of faces, some regular soldiers and some families just passing through. Jodhpur is a big place but the hospital feels like its own little world once you’re inside. We mostly stick to our corner and keep the microscope busy all day. It isn’t much to look at, just a regular lab with some desks and vials. We’ve seen a lot over the years here. Just trying to keep up.
